Set up your business email
Use the settings below to connect your UpperWebs business email to your phone, computer, or favorite email app.
Your email server settings
Use these settings any time an app asks for incoming/outgoing mail server details. We recommend IMAP for most users, since it keeps your mail in sync across every device.
| Type | Server | Port | Security |
|---|---|---|---|
| IMAP (recommended) | sunfire.mxrouting.net | 993 | SSL/TLS |
| POP3 | sunfire.mxrouting.net | 995 | SSL/TLS |
| SMTP (outgoing) — Recommended | sunfire.mxrouting.net | 465 | SSL/TLS |
| SMTP (outgoing) — Alternative | sunfire.mxrouting.net | 587 | STARTTLS |
| SMTP (outgoing) — Alternative | sunfire.mxrouting.net | 2525 | STARTTLS |
Username: Your full email address (for example, name@yourbusiness.com). Password: the password provided for your mailbox.
We recommend IMAP rather than POP3 for most users — IMAP keeps mail synced across all your devices, while POP3 downloads mail to a single device. Use POP3 only if you have a specific reason to.
